About: <p>Bay Street Outfitters - Hilton Head, SC</p> <p><span>I</span> am the head guide for Bay Street Outfitters and have been fishing the area for over 25 years. Growing up I first fished, shrimped, and gigged the area with my Grandfather. In more recent years I have focused most of my efforts on sight casting in the waters around Beaufort and Hilton Head, and believe this is one of the best fisheries in the entire nation.</p> <p>As an Orvis Endorsed Guide I feel a sense of required pride in what I do both taking guiding very seriously as well as enjoying it. I believe fishing for my clients should never be a stressful situation, instead it should be an enjoyable experience they walk away talking about as well as having learned something from. In my seven years of guiding I feel comfortable with the fact that I take extremely good care of my clients and put them in some of the best situations to be able to cast to fish.</p> <p>While most days we fish from the boat I am certain that not one person in Beaufort County has waded for tailing Redfish as many times as I have in the last two years. Tailing Reds are the ultimate challenge for a saltwater fly caster and have me just as hooked as many of my clients are.</p>
